The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city centre close to bustling bars and offers a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms feature comfortable beds and private bathrooms, but some confusion initially with our reservation and electric issues made the stay less smooth despite the staff being really helpful. The dining experience with great food, unfortunately, lacks variety. The hotel is well-equipped overall, but there are minor drawbacks in service and room issues.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with a lovely view, clean, and had heating, making it comfortable for me and my 2 kids. The en-suite bathroom was well-maintained. However, there were some electric issues that caused minor inconvenience. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and with a beautiful riverside view. The service was welcoming, although there was initial confusion with our reservation. The dining experience was satisfactory with great food. The price was reasonable for the value offered.
